ReadyCLOUD Webinterface -> NAS offline
Hello,
ReadyCLOUD can not connect by webinterface (http://readycloud.netgear.com...) with my ReadyNAS-312 (Message: NAS is offline).
My ReadyNAS is behind a managed Switch (D-Link DGS-1210-24).
How can I fix that?

Start by looking on the "cloud" page of the RN312 Web Ui. You should see two check marks - one for internet access, and one for the cloud service. Are you seeing those?
Also, what firmware are you running on the NAS?
