ReadyCloud webpage don't load with Google Chrome

Hi there,

 

Since a few days now, i can't access to the Readynas cloud webpage with Google Chrome. I disabled extensions, reset cookies and history, still the same : the webpage always reload and nothing append. I also installed the last firmware so the certificate is OK.

 

No problem to access the website via Mozilla Firefox.

 

I don't know what i'm missing, if somenone has an idea, i will be gratefuf, thank you.

    Hi TechTBI,

     

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    You can try uninstalling then re-installing Google Chrome and see if you will be to access the ReadyCLOUD web portal after that. Some users who experienced the same issue were able to fix it after reinstalling Chrome.

      I simply switched to firefox for now.

       

      Netgear putting the "onus" on me for this issue is not what i am looking for here as a "solution".

       

      Chrome worked fine up until ~2 weeks ago. Clearly it is someting Chrome updated that Readcloud does not like.
