ReadyNas says internet and services available, but ReadyCloud says offline

Your firmware is too old. You need at least 6.5.0 (and you might as well go to 6.7.4).
Note also that ReadyCloud now uses single-sign-on ( https://kb.netgear.com/30671/ReadyCLOUD-to-MyNETGEAR-Single-Sign-On-FAQ )

Thanks! Going to 6.5.2 solved it. Both the NAS and its shares were recognised by ReadyCloud.
I then went up to 6.7.4 and the NAS was still recognised as online, but the shares were not. It now says No Volumes or USB disks. I'll list this as a separate issue, but I would suggest some caution with 6.7.4 for 102 units.
