RN104 cannot turn on ReadyCLOUD
The ReadyCLOUD application cannot be turned on, the option is grayed out. I upgraded to 6.5.0 RC3 hoping this would fix it, but it is still grayed out. The serial number and mac addresses match between the label and the settings page. Is there something else I can do to enable ReadyCLOUD?

If you have set a static I.P. on the NAS have you verified that the DNS Server addresses were specified correctly?
Does checking for firmware updates, sending email alerts etc. work fine?- krox0001Aspirant
It is not setup with static IP. Checking for firmware updates works fine; tells me I am running the latest.

Using 6.5.0 beta firmware you would need to be using a MyNETGEAR account to register the NAS with ReadyCLOUD. You would need to sue the beta ReadyCLOUD web page (and/or the beta apps) to access ReadyCLOUD since the beta server is in use.
What does the CLOUD tab in the web admin page look like? Can you provide a screenshot.
