Yes, I migrated my account successfully. I used the email and password associated with my Readycloud account and upgraded to mynetgear account. I received an onscreen message that the migration was succesful.
Yet when I attempt to sync the folders to my PC I get a message "offline (readycloud is not available).
Why should this matter, I am syncing to my PC not a cloud account?

Hello NWWA,
Are you on the network where the NAS is? Please also try going to the admin page, get to Cloud tab then click Settings for ReadyCloud, make sure Use Proxy settings is not marked then click Security, make sure Encryption is enabled.

Hello Jenn - Yes, I am on the same wired network where the NAS drive is located.
I have checked the ReadyCloud settings and the Use Proxy Server is not checked and all the fields are blank. Under the security tab, the encyption is checked, and the specify port incoming connections is unchecked.

Hello NWWA,
Sorry I mistyped, Encryption should be disabled. Then test again.

Hello Jenn - I unchecked the encryption option and tried to sync a folder, I still recieved the error message. I rebooted the PC, wiped the browser history (including the passwords), and tried to sync again and the error message is still appearing.
