Ah, ok so that makes two of us at least ! I am sure there are lots of others - oblivious to what causes theirs Macs to slow down. There should be a law against this type of problem :-)
Well, I have tried to open a case on http://support.netgear.com/general/contact/default.aspx, but I get "Processing your request" message briefly and then no confirmation that they received anything at all, so I have no idea actually.
