Hello matmar,
It does appear that you would like to delete a specific user but there is no option on the readycloud page. To delete a user please go here and login as the user, once login you will have an option to delete the profile of the user currently login.

Hello matmar,
Is it just ReadyCloud that you cannot enable your cannot enable any services at all from the admin page of the NAS? Can you download the logs and of the NAS and kindly paste the logs under volumes especially the one's under df -h.

Alternatively, put them in a shared cloud folder (dropbox, google drive, etc), and send Marty a private message (PM) that includes a links to the logs.
