User can't log in to ReadyCloud
I created an account for my employee in the Admin panel for my ReadNAS 312, but she is unable to sign in. The account has her email address and password, but ReadyCloud won't recognize it. When she clicks on "forgot my password" the system says there is no record of her email address.

You create local accounts on the local admin page and invite ReadyCLOUD accounts on the ReadyCLOUD admin page. Those are two separate types of account. Setting an email on a local account doesn't make it a ReadyCLOUD account.

The whole account issue is a real mess, between the mynetgear, email invitations, accounts, etc...
Some document explaining clearly the differences would be welcome...
