User can't see any shares on ReadyCLOUD

I have invited a user to join a shared folder (MyShare) on ReadyCLOUD.  He has read/write access to this folder.  When I log onto ReadyCLOUD as admin and click this folder it says

"My Share is shared with one member MemberName"

The user followed the link from the email he received, and logged onto ReadyCLOUD but gets this message:

"Currently you have no registered devices"

The only option he has is to "Discover" but this needs my admin password and when I log on, I am at the ReadyNAS admin page and we seem to be setting up the ReadyNAS all over again

I am missing something here - I assumed that once the user logged onto ReadyCLOUD, he would have access to the shared folders on my NAS.  But he doesn't!  What else do we need to do?  There is an envelope icon next to his name on the "Cloud Users" screen - not sure what this means?  he has accepted the invitation to join ReadyCLOUD (twice)

Thanks in advance

    Hi PetGriffin,

It is possible that the ReadyCLOUD ID he used to login via https://readycloud.netgear.com/ is not the same ReadyCLOUD ID that was given Read/Write access to your ReadyNAS share. Will it be possible if you can re-invite the said ReadyCLOUD ID using the correct email address linked to it.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
