Addons and Genie and Future

It feels like the great givaway, and certainly makes it easier to try out new add-ons. This is great news.
I hope the donations have helped in the past, but I recall a post saying they didn't add up to much. Sad, but this is the market we are in. I am seeing the same in the professional software market, where comparing 'free' with 'paid' without consideration to everything else is sometimes ridiculous. We do provide free evaluations of full products and yes we know people will crack the licensing, but we rely on professionals to use and pay for quality products. Still, we prefer to support the community than not. It makes sense.
