Alternative/Follower to Photos II
Hi Folks!
basedn on the annuncement: ReadyNAS Remote, Photos2, Replicate End of Service announcement the Photos II service will be shutted down.
Are there any plan or a valid alternative to this software?
I saw that in the app there is Piwigo (not last release), and Koken (not updated anymore).
Do you have suggestion for a new gallery software, in order to share privatly galleries?

You may want to check ReadyCloud
ReadyCloud service lets you stream and share media files. ReadyCLOUD runs on Internet browsers, and has a Windows app that supports folder backup and folder synchronization between the PC and the ReadyNAS. In addition, ReadyCLOUD has an iOS and Android app that allows viewing and sharing of files and uploading content from the photo album from anywhere.
However ReadyCloud is supported on OS6 platforms so users with OS6 units or upgrading to OS6 Units will benefit from this.

I know ReadyCLOUD, but i was looking for something like Photo II, where it was possible to choose which Album to share, and with who.
Moreover there is the gallery function, which is more eadsy to use.
For such application ReadyCLOUS looks like more bulky, it is more efficient in order to upload or dowload one ore more files. But if you have to just see picture, it is quite slow, in particular if you have internat connections like mine (UP @2Mbps) and files 3MB large.
If you are looking for an app that functions exactly the same with Photos II then we may have to wait for other community members to share their insights.
In ReadyCloud, you can choose what folder to share and to whom you want to share it but other functions of Photos II is not available.
