You can try assigning a static DNS on the NAS and see if that helps.

Can you also enable the Secure Diagnostic Mode on the NAS? We will check if the NAS can really reach the Internet. You can enable that by going System > Settings > Support then PM me the 5-digit number. We will check if we can see that port.
