Apps not appearing or launching...

I wanted to convey an observation, to get it "on the books" so to speak, regarding the available Apps not showing their images on the Available Apps page and after loading an App, getting a 404 page ...

I did some quick testing and couldn't see the same issues on 6.4.1. Updated to 6.4.2 and still good. Factory default on 6.4.2 and still good.

Apps are stored under the (oldest) volume in a subvolume called ".apps". It's also mounted to "/apps" on the system. A share named "Apps" (or "apps", I tried both) shouldn't conflict with the apps system.

Still have that system running? I wouldn't mind taking a look through the logs. You can send them over using these instructions.

  Sorry for the delays. I looked into this issue, but the only way I could reproduce it was by enabling HTTP access to the share. An internal bug has been filed to look into this further.

    That would make sense in my mind as the routing of the HTTP path to share (named Apps) and the page to display the onboard apps seem to be getting confused. Yes, I have HTTP to the share enabled.

    In the meantime I've changed the shares' name on my units.
