Asterisk app missing critical lib module

The only functionality I noticed missing was the SIP feature set. I am not sure why chan-sip would be disabled, but I don't follow the Asterisk builds or anything. I just noticed that the SIP commands were missing from the command line after I could not register a handset. I then noticed that he chan-sip module appeared to be missing.
