Backup to Vault not working

I've removed some files with long path/name and after a while it resumed the backup.
Not promising however the fact it gets stuck like this and doesn't give any error anywhere.
Their support pages are terrible too, tried to sign up but it keeps asking me the email like stuck on that page.
Anyone with dropbox experience? Any good?
