Cannot install Plex on Ultra2
Hi,
I had an old copy of Plex installed on my readynas ultra 2 however it was outdated so I decided to update it.
I went to the Plex site and downloaded the Intel version of Plex (I even tried the 2 Arm versions). On trying to install the app via admin interface I got the error "Update file is not valid for this architecture.". So I tried to install the old app and try again but i still get this error.
Does anyone know why and how to fix this?

Welcome to the Community!
What firmware are you running? For Ultra 2 if right it should be intel 4.x, the Intel 6.x on the download site is for newer models. Support for OS 4 stopped according to this article.
I'm not sure if upgrading your Ultra 2 to OS 6 would help but you may want to try. Just note that NETGEAR does not support upgrade of Legacy NAS.
Other users who still have a copy of the previous version might be able to provide you a download link.
