Have two ReadyNAS 312 and 314 which can't see all the CCTV Cameras on the mobile App but ok PC

We have two ReadyNAS running OS 6.6.0 and 6.6.1 and App version: 1.4.3-15. We have 6 Cameras on each. Via the Google Mobile App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.netgear.surveillance&hl=en_GB we can only see two one and five on the other. the remaining just say connecting and no image.

 

On the Windows app http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RNNVR01L-1000S/ReadyNAS%20Surveillance_v1.4.0%20AP_20140109.zip we have tried switching off recording and rebooting but no change. Tried on differnet mobile but the same.

  • Further to this found this was the same if drop the Camera Max. Bitrate to less than 2048Kbps and if the Mobile if on the same LAN as apposed to 4G

      Are you getting this results even on the ReadyNAS Surveillance application installed to the computer? By the way, are all the cameras identical?

       

      Please also check this list.

        Thanks for the reply, no on the ReadyNAS Surveillance application installed to the computer they are all fine locally and remotely. it is only when viewing on the mobile app the problem. same on different mobiles all running Google.
