Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I and Events
Hi there,
So I've had 2 DS-2CD2132-I running on my ReadyNAS surveillance just fine for several months and they both trigger their events just fine.
I've recently added 2 DS-2CD2032-I, but these are either not triggering their events, or the Surveillance app is not receiving them.
Is there anything I may have missed? The DS-2CD2032-I come with newer firmware over the DS-2CD2132-I.

- Do you have the latest version of the Surveillance app installed? What version of ReadyNAS OS are you running?
- OS: 6.1.9 (about to update to 6.2.4)
Surveillance: 1.1.0-13
I see there's a new version of that too. :)
I'll update both and then report back.
-G - Gah... update to 6.2.4 has not rebooted NAS (remote desktop update...)... have to wait till I get home.
-G - Both updated. The events option for the new cameras had to be re-selected. But still no events being received/recorded.
-G - I guess the new cameras and/or the new firmware on them may be incompatible. I can't see it on the compatibility list.
- I'm guessing the firmware, as the new one has two different menu items for events.
