Thanks for your prompt reply! Sony is shipping those cameras with firmware 2.5.0 (what I'm currently on) and has a 2.6.1 revision available, as well. I'm aware that the test results were for the 1.9.2 release, but there isn't any way to downgrade to an old camera firmware. Regardless of what Sony does with their firmware, the more concerning factor is that there's no dropdown option in the Surveillance software to even pick that model and no note in the published compatibility list that says how the tester achieved their result (i.e.: "This camera doesn't appear in the menu, so instead pick this other model").
