Photos II - Tabs order

Is there a way to sort the tabs order within an album? I've created several tabs, but then realized that they don't correspond with the time of the events. Since I couldn't find a way to sort them, I had to create them again in the correct order.
Would be ince if this feature was added in some next release (if it's not there yet of course).

Thanks

  • I will second that! Pretty please - with honey on top (I like honey better  ).

I had just created an album with several tabs and realized that I needed to insert a new tab in the middle of the tabs I had already made, but could not. I had to delete them and start over. DOH!!
  • Same issue with new albums on iPhone interface my Xmas album is right down the bottom, having the ability to have new albums at the top needs to be added.
  • Agreed, we should be able to place an order to the albums other than by creation.
  • Definitely a +1 for this feature - this should be a basic functionality within any file management application, and certainly one that has purpose for professional presentation(s)
  • Any progress of being able to order/arrange the Tabs (Categories) within an Album?

The order of the Album has its own thread, and no progress either it seems to be(?)...

  • Hi,

any one have a hint how to do this manually, even if it would be doing it manually in the NAS (through SSH) in the RNP2 folder...?

Same question valid for arranging the order of the Album...?

The best workaround which I found at this moment is renaming the categories tabs and moving photos from one category to another.
  • How do you rename the tabs?

This would solve the problem of not being able to re-order the tabs.

Another issue for me is how to delete a tab you've created and no longer want? If you can't do this the slideshow has a silly extra section.
