Photos II warning when sending album sharing email

Question

I recently purchased a ReadyNAS 102 and get it up and running. I installed and setup Photos II w/o any issues, then proceded to add some emails to share an album and created a test photo album. When I went to share the photo album the invite openend corectly, I added emails and a short message and when I submitted the invite I received the following warning:

Internal Error! Please login again and report:

Timestamp: Fri Jul 31 23:51:26 GMT-0400 2015
Method: sendEmail
FaultString: SOAP Response cannot be decoded. Raw response:
FaultCode: DecodingError
FaultDetail: null

Additional information, the NAS is running on 6.2.5, Photos II vrs 2.0.4, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Photo II app and also performed a factory reset and started with a clean slate. Acces to teh the NAS is with a Dell laptop running Windows 7 with Crome and IE, both are having the same issue..

Any help will be appreciated.

Could we get a general answer maybe to this of what was or can be fixed? I really can't log a support ticket since my 104 is beyond its warranty period. This issue only recently started to happen since I've used it many times before.

I have several albums that I've shared previously. I can't say exactly what date I noticed this but I tried to share again after today's firmware upgrade, same issue.

I apologize for the trouble that this has caused you. I would like to know if your NAS unit is up to date (6.2.4 or 6.2.5) and if the&nbsp;Photos II add-on version is 2.0.4?&nbsp;

Hi Brian - no trouble so we are all good :)&nbsp; Just wondering why it stopped working is all and I can't really find anything searching around until I hit this thread.&nbsp; I was running 6.2.4 prior to this morning.&nbsp; When I logged onto the ReadyNAS 104 this morning it pop'd up that there was a new version - 6.2.5.&nbsp; I ran the update and it took just fine.&nbsp; I tried photo's II again not expecting it to work because I didn't see anything in the read.me to say otherwise.&nbsp; However, I thought maybe the reboot/restart may have but it didn't.&nbsp;ReadyNAS Photos II is version 2.0.4.&nbsp;Is there a log I can look at via terminal/putty shell on the ReadyNAS 104?&nbsp; I was looking earlier but didn't find one (I'm sure I'm looking in the wrong spot).&nbsp; I've not changed anything recently nor using any other apps.&nbsp; Actually, I had Piwigo installed and was running that.&nbsp; However, I didn't like it and it wasn't as friendly in sharing albums.&nbsp; So I un-installed it.&nbsp;Other than that - I've slowly started replacing hard drives to upgrade capacity.&nbsp; I was running 4 2 TB WD Reds.&nbsp; I've replaced 2 of the 4 with WD Red 4 TB drives.&nbsp; The process I used was to remove 1 drive, replace, re-insert, and let it rebuilt.&nbsp; Once that was done I removed the next drive, replace, insert, and let it rebuilt.&nbsp; So I've increased capacity a bit but again everything is fine directory and space wise.&nbsp;Thanks again.&nbsp; If there is a log I'd be happy to look to see what it may be barfing on.
