Photos redirection service
I had Photos II up and running and was able to get to te service from the internet (outside of my LAN). When I recently tried to access it I can no longer get to the service. When I go to the setup...

try forwarding port 8086 to the NAS in your new router.
If that works, then reserve the IP address of the NAS, to make sure it doesn't change.

I wasn't sure of what to do so I talked to Verizon Tech Service (2 techs) and they did a "Port Forwarding".
Networked Computer / Device
HALL-NAS 192.168.1.152
Applications & Ports Forwarded
Destination Ports - 8086
TCP Any -> 8086
UDP Any -> 8086
No change. Still have all of the error messages in Photo concerning "not registered" & Hostname availability.
Plus when I click on share
QUESTION - Can I "reload Photo" without losing the Albums that I have already created over the past many years?
I really appreciate your help. What next should I try?
