Did you ever see it there before?  

 

I'm asking because there are other ReadyNAS missing that clearly will work - the RN628x for instance.

Hi, yes definitely have seen the 424 on the compatability list previously. That is why I bought it!

 

Concerning that it has disappeared now

    bump!

    6.10.8 is avaiable now so I am thinking to upgrade to that and hope it fixes it
