Are you guys serious???
This issue is NOT resolved, every time I open the Insight app I'm seeing messages that prompt me to claim my "Insight Manageable Device" that apparently is not actually Insight manageable, and very few of my questions have been answered.
Why is this happening and how do I prevent it?
Let me ask another question - the Insight app says "device credits are not needed for devices with "limited support" - what is a device with "limited support"?

Hi fordem,
The RN100 series can technically support Insight which is why it is detected as an "Insight Manageable device'. They are currently testing if they can bring Insight to the RN100 series.
The devices with limited support are those devices that you cannot manage or setup on Insight but you can register, discover and monitor them.
