ReadyNas Insight not able to connect
Hello,
I just installed ReadyNas Insight on my android phone.
But unfortunately it detects my ReadyNas 104, but when i try to connect, it gives me an error message "unable to connect".
I can access admin page with my browser, so I don't know why the app can't connect.
Is there any log file I can inspect ?
Ready NAS's need to be on 6.8 in order to be seen under Insight.
Ready NAS's that support insight need to be models RN422 or higher to use insight with them.

Which firmware version are you running on your NAS?

Did this ever get resolved?

Hello,
Yes, it was because my NAS has his two ethernet interfaces plugged in two different networks.
Then it has two different IPs.
When the app discover the NAS, it try to connect to the NAS using randomly one of the two IPs, but as my smartphone is connected to only one of the two networks, it can reach only one of the two IPs.
Anyway, this is not a problem anymore, as the new ReadyNAS APP (Insight V3) is not compatible with the Redaynas 100-Series...
