ReadyCloud Sign in error on RN10200

You can install FreeFileSync first, and set it up to sync to the same folder that the ReadyCloud backup is using. Or if you prefer, you can set up a new share for FreeFileSync, and then delete the ReadyCloud target folder after FreeFileSync has finished syncing.

Note the banner at the top of the forum page. ReadyCloud has been shut down.
If you are just using the backup feature of the client, you can use FreeFileSync as an alternative.

I am only using it as a backup and probably have only remoted in twice in four years, so losing that option is no biggy.
It may be outside of your knowledge but am I better deleting the ReadyCloud software first and then loading FreeFileSync. I don't want to lose access or any files which are on the backup (not all are to be sync'd)
