ReadyNAS not syncing anymore with dropbox. Was originally

This is regarding the ReadyNAS 426.  The form wouldn't let me seleect that.

 

I set it up to sunc both ways with Dropbox.  Initially the setup was a breeze and ecverything started syncing.  Now as of a couple weeks ago it stopped syncing.  I contacted Dropbox and walked through a number of things.  There's not much to change, and the setting on the readynas (under "cloud") shows everything is set up correctly.  I alsu de-authorized and re-authorized twice.  I can see the app as listed in the lkisting of authorized apps.

 

But nothing gets copied.

 

I called the netgear support line.  It says to fill out the support on line (we are under initial 90 day support) and I will be givine a case # with further instructions, then it hangs up on me.  I already filled out the support form, it gives a case # and just that phone number.  So, if i follow the instructions I am in an infinitie loop.

 

Please help.  Again, the settings for the Dropbox ap on the Readynas is pretty sinmle, just the local and target directories and which direction you want to sync.

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    Are you getting any message? Have you checked the logs?  

     

    Can you try syncing one way and see if data will be pushed to Dropbox fine. Recommendation is that Dropbox cap should be equal or higher than the NAS cap.

      There doesn't seem to be any messages.  

      There is no cap on the NAS itself, and the Dropbox ap installed only has three settings.  

      The cap for the dropbox account is around 5tb and we are at 3tb.

       

      Attached are screen shots of image uploaded (uploadedchicken) uploaded through the web interface, and then a screen shot showing the local files on the NAS without the uploaded file appearing.  I do not know how much time should be allowed to pass.

      So, syncing is not happening in either direction bewtween the NAS and the dropbox account.

       

      I have set up this same NAS twice to work with Ignight and havent had issues, and I am familiar with them, fyi.

      Checking back today on the account and no syncing has happened between the dropbox and the device.  Attached is a screen shot showing that the device is indeed listed as a link.
