Hi JennC,

I was assuming that the download provided for Resilio 2.4 on the getsync.com site under "Netgear NAS" would be suitable for the ReadyNAS:

Are you saying I need to wait for Netgear to list it on the ReadyNAS apps page to be assured its compatible? Or do you think this version is for another type of Netgear NAS?

Will certainly post on the Ideas Exchange if you think this version cannot be installed on the ReadyNAS.

Which model do you have and which firmware are you running?

If you are running OS6 then that app should work, but we either haven't tested it or it hasn't yet passed our basic testing of app compatibility.

Also note we have just released ReadyNAS OS 6.6.0. This includes a major update to the core OS and some apps will require updates to be compatible.

Thanks JennC,

Didint realise new FW was available - I am on 6.5.2 on both my RN104's - and both are saying they are uptodate. Presume this is coming soon.

I had noticed that quite a few apps aren't in the Netgear Apps list though, as BT Sync isn't there, Plex isn't there and both used to be - so I cant work out the logic of what apps are listed...

  I'm not sure why it is not seeing the 6.6.0 but it is officially available.
  
  Like mdgm mentioned, there are some apps that require updates to be compatible, please see article ReadyNAS OS 6 Software Version 6.6.0 as this also has the link for information about the apps.

    The successor to BTSync, Resilio v2.4 is now apparently an official ReadyNAS app as listed on the apps internet page:

    However it:
    a) doesn't appear in the apps page on the NAS itself...
    b) has 0 downloads, suggesting it's not actually been deployed
    
    Does anyone know when this app will make it onto the NAS apps page or if we should use the Resilio download page as per this article?
