RN102 dropbox sync issue
Hi
I am wondering if someone can help with an issue I have with dropbox sync, I have a RN10200 with 2 X 1TB WD drives I have updated the firmware on the NAS to 6.4.2 and now dropbox is not synchronizing I have selected the folder and when I recreate a folder to sync and test to dropbox I get a flash pop up for a second and then nothing when I enter my credentials and press test all seems ok it goes and logs into my dropbox account but after that nothing the sync was working prior to the FW upgrade.
Can anyone offer advice please.

Have you tried to turn off then turn on Dropbox on the web-GUI of your RN102?

Please check your network adapter DNS and Gateway and ensure they have proper values. DHCP should come automatically from your DHCP server (router, generally)... but if you set static, you may need to reconfigure the DNS.

Hi thanks for the response
I have reset the permissions all networking is working fine this issue occured when I upgraded to the latest firmware dropbox just stopped working
when I click synch in the backup a little circle appears for 2 seconds then disapears no errors no warnings, but nothing is being backed up the credentials I use are OK.
Any hep is much appreciated
