RN102 dropbox sync
Hi
I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction I have a 102 with os6.2 and I can't seem to configure dropbox so as it syncs files both ways it looks like it only syncs from the 102 to dropbox not the other way round can someone help please.

Hello waynesam,
Please correct me if I am wrong. What you are trying to do is sync from Dropbox to your ReadyNAS?
I am able to sync both ways and either via www.dropbox.com or Dropbox app installed to the computer.
Can you give us some screenshots of the steps you do to sync from your Dropbox to the ReadyNAS?

Hello,
Dropbox sync function used to be one way. Unfortunately, I cannot remember at which version the change took place making the sync work in both directions. However, making sure the latest firmware version is installed on your ReadyNAS would eliminate this cause for the problem.

Will you be able to make a test folder in your dropbox storage and a test share on your ReadyNAS to check the sync process if it will work vice-versa. Kindly check this article to re-integrate your dropbox account to one of the active ReadyNAS shares.
