Synchronize a folder between two NAS
Hi, I want to sync a folder of two NAS devices in dropbox. NAS devices are not on the same workstation and I want them to have their own local folders but I also want them to have a shared folder between the two NAS in dropbox. I do not know if this configuration is possible

Hi MarioPlanatec,
Welcome to the community.
So just to be sure that I get this.
You plan on syncing shares from (2) ReadyNAS units to a single folder/share under dropbox?
Will both NAS units be having the same files? Wherein, if you make a change to a file from say... NAS 1, it will sync to dropbox then sync it to NAS 2?
Have not tried syncing (2) units on a single dropbox account so I really could not tell. Lets hope that someone from the community made a similar setup.

exact. That is what I want.
I tried it by creating a business account in dropbox but when I want to share the folder of readyNAS I receive the message that can not be shared.I can only create a link so others can see it but can not modify it.
Is there any other way to synchronize the folder in the cloud so the two NAS can have it?
Might work something like ReadyCLoud?

Hi MarioPlanatec,
I do not think dropbox would be a good choice since its only a one way back-up. ReadyNAS will sync to the dropbox but dropbox will not sync to the ReadyNAS.
I think Rsync and ReadyNAS replicate would be a better choice for you.
Regards,
