Unable to install Plex on my RN102

I've solved it and managed to upload PLEX, I had installed Nero home media and as a test so I removed it and as soon as it was un-installed PLEX loaded and its now working fine.

It is possible that the Plex version is not yet compatible with the new firmware release.
Can you check please what you get from install_debpkg.log?

Thank you for the reply, as this is the first problem i have experienced i havent looked at the system before in any depth, I’m assuming the install_debpkg.log is shown in the list of logs.
If that’s the case trying to load PLEX does not register in the log list, if there is another area I need to review I would be grateful if you could help point me in the right direction.

Plex 1.7.4.4017 installs on my RN102 (which is running 6.8.0-T40 at the moment).
The NAS does need to be able to access the internet, since the install does include other packages. So I agree on checking install_debpkg.log
