  • Hi Densw12 & jpass022,

We apologize for the inconvenience this problem has caused you. We recently had a problem with our apps server and I believe all is well now. Keep in mind that we have to ensure a stable internet connection to load and download the apps from the admin page.

    Kind regards,

Nothing is displaying on any of the Apps areas (System/Apps, Apps/Installed Apps, Apps/Available Apps) of the ReadyNAS 6.5.1 GUI.

        I have tried the following:

          1) Different Browsers

          2) Reinstall OS from Boot Menu

          3) Reinstall Firmware before and after OS Reinstall

          4) Rebbot machine

          5) Manually install an App using Upload feature. The App (PLEX) was confirmed as installed successfully, but Icons did not appear...

I have 2 ReadyNAS 516s with this problem. I finallt tried a Factory Default on one of them that has no data at the moment and it fixed the GUI App display problem...

Hopefully there is a solution to fixing my other ReadyNAS that doesn't involve moving the many Terabytes of data to do another Factory reset?

        All help is appreciated...
