Where's Our Support?

Yesterday, we purchased a service contract for data recovery.  We have not received an email confirming the purchase, nor a key to activate the support contract.  We are very anxious to get our recovery started.

      Sorry, I've been so busy I didn't get a chance to update this request.  It's currently being addressed.  Thanks for your response though.
