192.168.168.168 is a failover address when the NAS can't get any IP on your DHCP server. Have you checked your router if it is providing any IP?
You may want to check if your NIC has any activity and make sure your NAS can connect to the router. Doing OS-Reinstall your NIC settings should be back to DHCP and be able to get an IP from your server/router.
It's not reachable because your network has a different address.
