The Netgear part numbers are RN10G2SFP and RN10G2C, but I don't believe they were ever made available as an add-on. They are, as best I could tell when I had access to one, a Netgear-specific product. You are better off looking for a PCIE card. I know that an Intel or Supermicro branded Intel X520 or X540-based card will work with other rack-mount ReadyNAS (and even a 516, though installing one is a PITA) and see no reason one wouldn't work with the 3312. I've never tried other brands of those cards, but others may also work. AFAIK, the Kernel has no support for anything newer, so no multi-gig support.
