Hi Matt16,
I still have the issue!
I was given the v1.9 client, but still get the 15 files changed message. My file structure looks similar to yours, clicking on the notification now seems to always take me to the same folder which only had 5 files in it. However the sync does appearing to be working correctly.
Support are due to contact me again later in the week to have a remote session. I'll update this thread with any news.
Regards,
Paul

Any news?
I am looking at the photo's directory and "thumb.db" files are in many folders. They seem to be updated quite regularly, as the "file modified" field is current (o near current). Maybe these are the files that you see updated regularly.

Hi Matt16,
I'm still working with support! Support currently want me to un-install the App, delete the ReadyCloud folder, then re-install the App, but I'm reticent to do that, as it will mean moving/deleting my Documents/Photo/Music folders!
However your post has set me thinking and I think you may be on to something. I too had noticed the thumbs.db files, & indeed I get notifications stating that that file has changed, but thought no more about it, but I have now realised that the documents folder contains 15 sub folders! Those sub folders obviously contain loads more sub-folders,but I suspect the notification is now related to a file that's being changed in those first 15 sub folders.
Now, this is where it gets more interesting, my photo's & music folders don't give me a message stating x number of files changed, but, when I was setting up the ReadyNAS, initially I copied the contents of the my documents folder directly to the chosen folder on the ReadyNAS. I then installed the RedayCloud App & did a sync, which resulted in the App creating a duplicate documents folder on my PC but in the Users\"user name"\ReadyCloud location.
So I then changed the location of my Photo's & Music folders on my PC to the Users\"users name"\ReadyCloud, then did the sync, so the sync would have been in the opposite direction, I.E. PC to ReadyNAS. This leads me to think that the issue has arisen due to the direction of the initial sync for the documents folder being from the ReadyNAS to my PC.
I have fed this information back to support, although I'm now thinking deleting the contents of the documents folder on the ReadyNAS & re-sync'ing may solve the issue.
I'll update this thread in due course.

Hi Hillbill,
Thanks for the update. I hope you could provide an update after you've done testing and if ever support provided a fix to the issue that you've reported.
