3TB Western Digital WD30EFRX compatibility

Resetting the Readynas to factory defaults finally fixed the issue along with using rhe Flex-RAID mode instead of the X-RAID2. This rebuild was much faster than previous attempts using X-RAID2 also. I am convienced that there are problems with the X-RAID2 and these 3TB drives but can't prove it. Since I have 4 disks and wanted RAID5 anyway this isn't a real issue.
