3VDUAL power is out of normal range

I have a Pro 6 Business with 4 3TB drives. Last night during its weekly scrub, it decided to spew these messages - multiple per minute. A sample is below. Once the scrub stopped .. the message spewing stopped. This nas is plugged into a 1 year old APC ups which has a 100% charge. I started seeing these messages very randomly about a month or two ago (like, one or two, but for no apparent reason at the time - then days or weeks would pass before another one popped). This has been running rock solid for a couple of years. The ups was added into the picture about 6 months ago.

Where do I go with this ? What does it mean ? I've found very little info on this error - except for one Pioneer that died, and another that was a suspected bad ups.

Could be a failing PSU or a problem with the UPS perhaps.
  • Ok - kicking off a full backup now, then I'll move it off of the ups and see what happens when its under load (assuming it reboots that is ...)
  • Hi.

Did you found the problem.. I started to get the same error as well.

    Thanks.
