4 pin din power supply replacement for RN104

Hello,

Recently picked up a used ReadyNAS RN104, the power supply adapter that has come with it doesn't stay in the ReadyNAS unless you really push it in. The ReadyNAS works fine however, I would like to get another power supply. Would a generic 4 pin din power supply with the same power specs work? or Does Netgear do something special with the pin outs on their connector?

Thanks.

  • Hi falconyt,

Yes, a similar power supply with the same specs would do it. Pins or connector differ where the product was released or being sold.

    Kind regards,
