About UPS
I know that on Upon battery-low condition with UPS, the ReadyNAS will power down automatically.
When power is applied again, it would turn on automatically?
Thanks.

No.
Anyway regardless of whether it's attached to a UPS or not, the NV+ (v1) will not auto power on after a power failure due to a hardware limitation. - shjshj161AspirantI heard about it from my customer.
My customer is selling ReadyNAS and third-party NAS.
Third-party products is that it is automatically turned on also.
So, I have a question here.

Not sure about the new Duo/NV+ v2.
