I know that on Upon battery-low condition with UPS, the ReadyNAS will power down automatically.

No.
Anyway regardless of whether it's attached to a UPS or not, the NV+ (v1) will not auto power on after a power failure due to a hardware limitation.- I heard about it from my customer.
My customer is selling ReadyNAS and third-party NAS.
Third-party products is that it is automatically turned on also.
So, I have a question here.
Thank you for quick response. - Newer products such as the x86 line (Ultra/Pro) will auto power-on after a power failure.
Not sure about the new Duo/NV+ v2.
