I already try to set up security.tls.version.min to 1 but did not solve the access.
I have a Readynas duo v1 with the last version firmware (version V4.2.28)
So there is not a simple solution to change NAS by just re-using my HDs. I need to buy a full brand new NAS with HDs and copy the content of the old ones to the new ones?
As everything is running smooth I would prefer keeping my Readynas.

No, most vendors don't offer a direct HDD and storage pool migration from 3rd party systems like the ReadyNAS.
Synology became even more restrictive for using "generic" HDD and/or SSD -> https://kb.synology.com/en-uk/DSM/tutorial/Drive_compatibility_policies
