Yes, I know the Ip address. I set it up fixed on my network.
So https://ip address/admin can not be found by any browser
Can you post a screenshot of the error page?
a 404 error would be "not found", but your first post suggests a security/cert problem.
Also, are you running internet security or antivirus software on the PC? If so, what software is it?
