Here some screenshot
On pic 1, you can see that I am able to mapped the drive and it is found on the local network (add some file)
On pic 2, Raidar says "there is not Netgear devices on your local network""
ON pic 3, Firefox says "can not reach the address"

ON pic 3, Firefox says "can not reach the address"Try powering down the NAS and then remove the two drives. Label them by slot as you remove them.
Power it back up and see if RAIDar finds it then.
(If you reinsert the drives after this test, then be careful to do that with the NAS powered down).
