active CPU-cooling!?

the ReadyNAS RND2110 has an passive CPU-cooler and an active case-cooler.
Has the ReadyNAS Ultra 2 RNDU2120 an active or passive CPU-cooler (case-cooler is also active)!?
Does anyone know if the ReadyNas Ultra 2 has an active or passive CPU-cooler?

- It is passive. Large heatsink. It relies on the case fan at the back of the chassis to help cool the board and the drives.
