Adding a volume failed

Is this a NV+ (v1 - silver chassis) or a NV+ v2 (charcoal chassis).
The NV+ (v1) does not support 3TB drives. The NV+ v2 does support 3TB drives.
If you have the NV+ (v1) then the drive would recognised a drive with less than 1TB in capacity hence the issue. I would suggest getting another 2TB drive.
