Adding a volume failed

The NV+ (v1) does not support 3TB drives. The NV+ v2 does support 3TB drives.
If you have the NV+ (v1) then the drive would recognised a drive with less than 1TB in capacity hence the issue. I would suggest getting another 2TB drive.
Its a light-medium grey so I guess its the v1. From what I remember, the spec said that it supported up to 64T, so I was mislead then...
Is there a way to make my 3T work? I don't want to return it, I bough it from the Internet. Another thing, how come you say that the v1 support HD under 1T and my 2Ts work fine? what is the real limit?!
