Adding a volume failed
I am reaching 80% of storage use on my 2 volumes (2T each) NAS. So I decided to add another disk. I bough the same type (seagate baracuda) but 3T. When I add the disk I receive this message: The ...

So I went and bough another HD -x( (bullet in my head) this time a 2T. So I plugged it in and it says in status > log:
Wed Jun 27 18:03:36 EDT 2012 The disk attached to channel 2 could not be initialized. The most common reasons are RAID resync in progress, faulty drives, and disks that are too small to be added to the array.
in volumes > settings it says Status : redundant , so I guess there is no resync in progress.
So what is the problem now --x( (Two bullets in my head)
p.s. the HD is a western digital and not a seagate and I hope no one will tell me that's the problem because I will be the unluckiest guy in the world...
