admin page login fro ReadyNAS RN202
I've installed my ReadyNAS RN202 and created an account and can login, but when I click on the Admin Page I get another login box. What do I enter here? I've tried using the same password I set up for my ReadyNAS account, but it doesn't work? I tried to reset the Admin Passord, but itsays the ReadyNAS is not set upto do this.
I want to download the PlexApp and I beileve this is beind the Admin Page.
It is safe to post 192.168.x.x addresses as these are private. They cannot be reached over the internet. And since they are not unique, posting them doesn't compromise privacy or security in any way.
You need to enter "admin" as the username and the NAS admin password. The default "admin" password is "password" (without quotes), so try that if you never set up the admin account.
FWIW you can log into the NAS admin gui directly (you don't have to start from ReadyCloud). Just use https://192.168.x.x/admin
Note you do have 90 day basic phone support from the date of purchase (assuming you purchased a new unit from an authorized reseller), so if you need that you can reach Netgear support via support.netgear.com.
