The account name is admin.
You can reset the password back to password by doing an OS reinstall from the front panel. See pages 28-29 here: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf
This shouldn't affect your data, but there are a couple of other settings that will also be reset.
- The network will be reset to use DHCP and no bonding
- Volume quota is turned off (it can be turned on again on the volume settings wheel).

Thanks StephenB, I'll try.
So, is there a risk to loose all my data?
Thanks again.

You should always have a backup of your data. There are always things that can go wrong. Some have found that just the re-boot associated with a re-install or OS update can be the last straw and result in a problem with the data volume.
But that said, an OS re-install is designed to not harm your data. But you do need to be careful not to do a factory default by accident, as that will wipe the drives.
